I have a 23 RGL and I cannot get the text messages to work on my boom. The phone will pair via bluetooth, but the contacts have no numbers. I have deleted and paired several times. I get the error messege: the connected device does not support SMS over bluetooth. My local dealer says I may need to update the software, so I need to find where to download that and see if that is the issue. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution?

Are you plugging the phone into the USB port since it doesn't work over bluetooth?

Check the settings in your phone. Some phones give you options of what things to share when connected.

You may need to click the "English" button.
