Default service manual

Is it just me or are the service manual really expensive for a hard copy for touring models? I checked the Bay for a 2014 CVO Ultra Limited and they have one copy for $267!!! Waaaaath?? What am I missing??? A CD version is around $40.

A DVD version is probably from a Bootlegger . There usually on ebay.

Does your Harley dealership have them now?

Service and parts manuals used to sell for about $60 from Harley a few years ago. They suddenly went to $107 and now Lord knows how much. I love having a hard copy paper one but opted for the Thumb drive one in 2021. Good luck

That's good.

If your like me and consider your labor free, even that expensive hardbound one from a dealership is probably paying 200% interest easily.

I have a book case full of hardback ones and I admit a bunch of DVD ones. My laptop hard drive is half full from them being on their.

Back when I worked on bikes, I preferred the paper ones. But if the PDF DVD is good, you can print what you need and it's handy.

PS. It use to be against the rules to talk about this stuff. A moderator said it's not now, not long ago. But if it still is, please delete this post.

That's pirated, but that's a separate conversation.
You can also find pirated PDF's of the manual to download for free in the web.
