Default Grips/Switch Question

My bike had the chrome switch housings on the bike when I bought it, and now I want to change these grips. They're worn out and I don't like them. Now, here's the question, WHERE are the screws on these housings to remove them and replace the grips? I cannot find any screws on the throttle side and only one screw on the clutch side. They just are nowhere to be seen! I've changed grips on several other of my bikes with no problems, but these chrome covers have me stumped!

I see the typical two screws on the inboard side of each handlebar control switch housing, clamping them to the bars. You've already tried undoing them?

Are there no screws just to the outside next to the signal switches? (Upside down)

No, none. That's what has me puzzled! There are no visible screws anywhere on the throttle side, top or bottom, and only one screw on the bottom of the clutch side, which I loosened, but everything was still tight.

I don't think so, they're solid metal. I'll keep searching, gotta be a way! After all, someone installed them. Probably a simple answer I'm just not seeing.
