Corbin Seat Quality Issue

Corbin Seat Quality Issue
I received my Corbin Dual Tour seat, but the stitching alignment is poor. Seems to have Peyronies Disease. I called them and they are willing to try it again, but they say they don’t have a motorcycle to try it on before shipping it out. So my confidence is low that the 2nd time would be better.
Am I expecting too much since this is a hand-made cover, or would it bother you too?

ETA: not being a smart azz here because crazier things have happened, but is it aligned properly on the "tab"?

And to add insult to injury, I just called them and they said it could take 5-6 weeks for them to fix the issue if I send the seat back. The manager said he could probably get it down to a couple of weeks. And when I said I just want to return it completely, he said there is a 20% restocking fee.

Wow. For what they charge it's a reasonable expectation that you go to the front of the line and they send you a shipping label and return it for free too.
I've been using them for years and never had a quality issue, but the horror stories are out there for sure. I returned one for rework, not warranty or quality but wanted layer of softer foam added after I received it and they did it no problem. They were very clear that I only got one change, but didn't bust my chops about it. Sent it in after riding season so no timing issue. That seat had custom stitching design and was ordered through my local Indy who was a distributor or whatever they call them. I remember paying shipping to send it back but they returned on their dime.

2024 Road Glide. And yes the seat is properly installed.

This is EXACTLY the reason I decided on C&C for my seat no issue, no b.s.
