Default heated grip replacement

hi all. my 2014 heated grips are looking a bit ragged and i'd like to change them out with some new rubber. Has anyone had any luck finding a replacement rubber grip to replace the factory ones? i seen the foam grip and not sure if i like them and would prefer rubber ones.

There are no serviceable parts for OEM heated grips for the ‘14 UL. Aftermarket, I don’t know.

The new rubber grips are surprisingly nice. They provide just the right tack so your hands lightly stick, letting you relax your hands. Far better than foam grips, imo. If you can find comparable in the aftermarket, I'd recommend giving it a try.

I replaced my factory heated grips on my 14 limited with a HD heated set. Pretty easy swap, rotate fairing forward, cut the old left grip wires at the grip, tape them to the new wires and pull them through.

Will have to wrap with something if you dont want to have to replace the whole grip. Heat parts are built into the grip itself.

Google search for harley davidson grip covers and you'll come up with quite a few leather wrap options.

I was picturing something like this but wasn't aware of something this size. Seems like a great idea. My question, do you put it over the existing "wrap" or remove the existing. Mine are in ok shape, feel fine, looking a tad shabby. Thanks for the idea.

I put them over the existing grip....try to clean the old grips first. Mine eventually started to rotate over the old grip, on the second try I spread glue around the grip and then heat shrunk the tubing over.
