Default Help identifying

Hey all, when I was younger my uncle is the one who got me into riding. I remember he had a few different bikes but I remember his Harley the most. He finally found a picture of it and I was curious if anybody can help me identify it. All I know is I believe it was an early '80s model. I would love to find one of these and restore it for him. So if any of you can help me identify this bike I would greatly appreciate it. I would ask him but he's pretty smart and he would be on to my plan and I wanted to be a surprise.

It appears to be 80" motor and I think it's a Lowrider. 1982 maybe '83.

Looks like a two gauge dash, speedo and tach which should mean Lowrider. Later 70's to early 80's for sure.

Might possibly be a FXEF from that time frame.

Not Mine. Hope this helps.
Actually, not many differences between 78 1/2 to 81. Who knows if the tank decal is original.

I'm pretty sure I am your long-lost uncle. You remember me, right? I'm the one who had that 1949 Panhead back in the day. Boy I sure did love that bike...
