Default Please Help me get my research to the Harley management

Dear All,

I am new to this forum and seeking your help to get in touch with the Harley-Davidson leadership. I have been passionate about Harley my whole life, been a rider since I have been 19. I recently conducted a PhD research about Harley-Davidson which looked at why people are buying Harleys.

I’m currently trying to find a way to pass my research on to the Harley leadership/ management. I have previously read a thread on here in which a member tried to write a letter of complaint directly to Mr. Levatich but rightly so no email address was given out. I Nevertheless some members have indicated to have the contact details.

I would be very grateful if you could help me with my quest to get my research to Harley, it certainly is worth a try.

Thank you in advance!

I'm having dinner with his bartender tonight. Get it to me, and I'll make sure it winds up as a coaster for his Old-Fashioned.

I would try reaching out to Alan Karna on LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/alan-karna-1402b6aa/

He is an engineer, but he has posted here, and might be willing to help you.

While you're at it, tell them they have lost complete touch with reality. Ask them why they cheaped out and are charging $1K for an add-on traction control module on a $30K bike.

Ask them why they can’t use wheel bearings that last longer than a tire while you’re at it.

your research doesn't account for people like you and me - passionate about harley since we were 19, and in my case at least, never rode anything else (your research seems to indicate that harley is the choice among 40-60 year olds only after owning other brands). once again, I'm the exception!!!! lol

And ask them when the new Do Rags come out ....I purchased the new $900 FRG jacket and it clashes with the red skulls on the current offerings.

@PiedPiper you are very right we are the exceptions. The European perspective (small sample from Scotland) of Harley rider is often based on a mid life crisis purchase which I wanted to test and identify the actual reasoning behind the purchase. The outcome is based on the lives experience of Harley riders of whom nobody started of on a Harley. That’s why these age specifications have been set.
im the same as you as Harley is also the only brand of motorbikes ive owned.
