It is a beautiful bike, and I have no idea how long you have had it listed. But It is probably a bit high on the price side, especially this late in the year, even though it is your baby and you have a bunch of money in it. But the accesories you put on it, add no value unless the potential future owner likes them. And a motor that is modified like yours is, is an automatic turn off for alot of buyers. Now if you have reciepts that hillside did all the work, add that to your add and it will chase off a few less potential buyers. But even knowing a professional did the work (if true), the potential buyer has no way of knowing weather the bike has been beat on or not, and if you beefed up performance folks tend to assume you explored that new power on a regular basis....

It is a nice bike, but alas it is the end of season up north.
All the extras are great but unfortunately unless you get someone that wanted their bike built like that they are not worth anything....Springtime won't even get that kinda money UNLESS you find the one *** that just has to have it.
You can probably try high book and add a little, but if you really wanta sell it be prepared to be beat even lower.
Sorry but that is reality today.....

If it is not selling, the price is too high. It seems like a fair # from here, but I am not in the market for a '10 so have not been doing the research. Used bike market continues to be flooded with bikes, everyone is looking for the ultra low mileage bike that is bone stock. Good luck with the sale.

I agree with others about it being the end of the season.
I'm actively looking to buy a Freewheeler for my Wife, but if I bought it now she'd only be riding it for maybe 3-4 weeks then it's sitting in my garage for the next 6 months.
However if I come across what I consider a real good deal I'd buy it and store it but it would have to be a real good deal like 25% below average retail.
I think $9K is a fair price as that's around the average retail.
Of course if you drop the price low enough it will sell.
After Jan. 1 it will be another model year older and the value will likely drop $1-1300.
So if you really want to sell it now I think you need to drop the price at least $1500-2000 and even at $7-7,500 it still might be a tough sale given the time of year.

1. Price is too high
2. Wrong time of year to sell
3. Do you know how many 2010 Fatboys are on the market
4. Buyers want stock bikes not heavily modified ones
5. Um... sales tactics

- Buy now or I'll raise the price
- It was tuned by Mr. Supertuner himself
