I have just enough room for two bikes. I am poor but to me this is a dream to have my own little workspace. It's 12 x 16 with a six foot ceiling. I built it in 2008. It's still not done. I want to finsih insulating it, dryall, a window or two, build some shelves above and below the work desk. The work desk area is 12 foot by 3 foot. It has AC but no heat other than a space heater.

Well you can read my list below, recent years my tastes have been for the vintage bikes. In the last five years I bought the Flathead and Shovel. The other three bikes I bought new, haven't sold a bike since 1991. Unfortunately I do not have a garage, just a basement with a steep ramp which keeps things interesting. The new M8 interests me and would be willing to sell the Road Glide for an upgrade. But the Roadie, wife and I are on a quest to have that bike and us in all 48 lower states, have four more to go. That has to happen then maybe she gets upgraded. But honestly that bike will cruise all day long at 75 MPH and she was paid for a long time ago.
I would suggest to all to try going backwards, a whole different group of people and attitudes in the vintage scene. Very happy I got involved.

Two stripper poles
Boxing ring
Four kegerators
Surround system
Thirteen recliners
Two oversize couches
Fridge
360 Fireplace
Head big enough for four
Shower
Pool table
Full compliment of tools / machine shop / fab shop / welding & bending / 2 lifts
Pistol range
Covered patio w/ tables / chairs / fire pit
Few big screen TVs
Weight room
^ Would be a decent start imo

Enough room for my weight bench, reloading bench, a couch, beer fridge & decent stereo, with at least one bay dedicated to wrenching. 24x36 ought to be about right.
2nd bike? Haven't quite figured that one out yet. Had been looking hard at the Scout Bobber & the Bonneville Bobber, while also considering building a hotrod rigid Evo Sportster. Then Kawasaki released the Z900RS & screwed up my entire decision making process.
