Axle mounted lic plate bracket with OEM saddlebags for 2014 Slim

I am looking for Axle mounted (or something similar) license plate bracket that will fit with OEM saddlebags for 2014 Slim. Dont like the idea of MoCo bracket so any ideas/pictures are welcome.

I don't think I have ever seen that combo as the bags sit over the axle nut and the two cannot occupy the same space at the same time!

Feels like that might be hammer time

does anyone fabricated bracket that goes under the fender?

I would like to have below light and lic plate underneath
