What did you do to your Dyna today?

Well, sonofabitch.
I tried to start fabbing up my air cleaner tube and the motor on my bandsaw burned up. I give up. you win, Universe. No more bike work this weekend.
New bandsaw (Grizzly 9") and Dremel blades in the mail. Sigh.
ETA:
Decided I could get the old rear wheel torn down, so I spent about an hour with a couple brushes and cleaners and got it all cleaned up. Between the wreck, several months of outside storage in the wrecking yard, and a year in the garage, it was a mess. Cleaned up nice, tho. Hopefully the spoke threads and nipples are all still good!
Also ordered a PBI 2077-51T offset (.400") sprocket to see if I can improve chain alignment. My swingarm is so narrow that I had to limit my offset so the sprocket bolts didn't hit the arm.
Now, what did I do with my spoke wrenches?
ETA2:
****, I need a bigger bead breaker! Mine won't fit around these fat *** tires. Was a real pain in the *** doing without.
Anyway, Wheel is broken down. All the spokes spun off easy (after untorque), no visible damage anywhere to rim or spoke parts. Hub is scrap.
The Excel Aluminum rim and Buchanan's Stainless spokes (std. duty) are plenty strong! They also look great, cosmetically, after almost 2 years of serious abuse.
Spoke parts are soaking in solvent overnight to remove the old assembly/torque lube (Buchanan's provides with their kits).
^^^ BEFORE cleaning!

A friend of mine, now gone, was a spoke wiz. Over 2, over 3, etc, he was a natural.
Sadly, was killed in a dirt bike accident.
Never seen anyone like him. just look at something like the picture you posted, and abra ka dabra, a completed wheel/hub, perfectly aligned.
Good luck with your rebuild. tp

Scored a set of 1 year old used SuperShox for 300 bucks & installed them this morning. Haven't riden them enough to know what setting is best but what a difference over stock!

Didn't really want to ruin the lines of my bobber so Installed my radio inside of a tool bag. Now just to get Mom to make me a little leather flap to cover the controls when I'm not using it and I think it'll be done. I knew if I save those little brass grommets eventually one day I'd find a use for them.....haha. Pretty happy with the way it turned out.

My luggage rack finally arrived, so I assembled the detachable side plates, sissy bar, and luggage rack. I also put the locking latch on the side plate.
I also swapped seats over to the signature seat, purchased off of a fellow forums member. It looks good and feels pretty comfortable.
2017 FXDF with detachable sissy bar and luggage rack as well as the signature seat with rider backrest.

Took the Kawasaki for an afternoon ride out in the country. Pulled over and took a picture near an old barn.
