A cursory look into the primary inspection cover doesn't reveal any reason for the chain slap I seem to be hearing. Chain tensioner seems to be in place and in one piece, tension seems to be fine.
Afternoon Woods! Out for alli kubbin before the family dinner thing. Will post pics of the Shovelhead my buddy picked up when I get home. I hate the format of mobile pic posting
Yup. My buddy build's bikes like that. Good profit margin. Garage candy for the track home king!
Here is my buddy's new-to-him 79 HD. Not sure what model it was/is. It has had a frame up makeover. He is waiting on some electronic ignition parts and a caliper. He also has a 07 Ultra Classic. He bought this so he could pull himself away from his shop 50 yards from his house to get away from shufflin now and then. Otherwise he'd just keep paintin bumpers and fenders 24x7

Afternoon check in.....decided to change some fluids on the Ultra....going back to dino in the engine this time, just seemed noisier with syn in it. Gonna try Redline Tranny fluid. Primary fluid is only a month old, so I'll wait 'til I change the tensioner and maybe the comp too, put Redline in that,too.....None of this sh*t probably makes any difference....
Who'd have guessed that?
