My basement's staying concrete, though it's painted. No living space down there anyway. I have 3 split levels above, lowest is half sub, and I tiled that one.

Tina just painted our basement with some water proof something or rather seems to be working but haven't had a real test yet as it's been pretty dry.

Damn.. Your kids are a bit young for cell phones but when they get a little older you get an app called life360 tracks them down with GPS anywhere and it tells you how they drive ect. My daughter hates it, needless to say, we love it.
