Default no power to run/stop switch 97 flhtci

replaced the inner fairing on a 97 flhtci and there is no power to the run/start switch. Schematic doesn't show where w/bk wire to switch is coming from

From what I can see power comes from the Ignition fuse via a GY wire that connects to one side of the Engine Off/Run Switch. The other side of the Off/Run switch is a W/BK wire that goes to the Start Switch(yes I know the diagram is lacking in clarity). It looks like 2 W/BK wires at the Start switch on one post. The other side of the Start switch is a BK/R wire.
If you follow the W/BK wire from the Start switch it eventually goes to the Elec Ign module.
