My "black" friend confirmed that the AA term (forum was censoring the word m o n i k e r?) is offensive now. No joke. Get with the times if one wants to be PC. Black is perfectly fine as confirmed by several people. And yeah, that happens after a couple beers. "Let me ask you something". Two way street.

A couple of years ago I met an electrician on one of my jobs.
He was from Africa and attended college in NY where he met his future Wife.
After his marriage he became an American Citizen.
He is the only African American I've ever met and just in case you're wondering he is Caucasian.
Being Black and an American doesn't make a person an African American, it makes them a Black American.
