I will say that little pad is a nut crusher for me too, but I like the handling so much better, it worth it. I haven't had any rides over an hour with it though. That could change my tune.

True but it would be real nice if the tach and speedo were on the handle bars so you could see them better. Also, HD could then mount the ignition on the tank and get rid of the ignition set up on the motor (the way it is on the LR).

Default 2014.5 with 6k miles new exhaust

Hello,

Just installed the freedom ammendment exhaust on my FXDL. Almost jumped out of skin when I started it up in my garage. I'll add the FP3 in march or April so the warranty will last a little longer into 2018, the decel pop is aweful right now. Also, adding an S&S stealth or the fuel moto pro billet with the stock cover.
Man is this exhaust loud. Fit and finish perfect. Installation a breeze. Was thinking about pulling the baffles and wrapping them with exhaust tape but I don't think this will do much due to the straight thru design.
Anyway if you want your FXDL, loud these pipes will fit the bill.

Cheers and Happy New Year from Greg in N.J
