Doc's HD in Shawano, WI.
Where else can you see exotic animals, drag bikes, rare bikes, works of art, and rare muscle cars on display all at the same place? Then eat at their restaurant, too.

Battley Harley Davidson owned by my buddy Devin Battley, Gaitherburg MD. Devin is a self made business man who acquired the struggling Rockville Harley Davidson and essentially built this mega dealership out of nothing to become one of the most successful motorcycle dealerships in the Mid-Atlantic region. Outstanding customer support and community involvement have made this the Pinnacle of the industry.

That, and they own the golf cart dealership next door. And a stand alone restaurant just down the road called Gears and Cheers.

Went to visit a friend of mine at the Federal penitentiary in pine knot Kentucky couple weeks ago. I checked out man of war and smokey mountain when I was up there. Was some great riding. Had a good time.

We've been to 4 on the list; each a little different. Yup Snake River ID has the snake... Yes on Smokey Mt. as well. Also Timpanogas HD in Lindon UT has some very interesting history in the construction using all materials taken from an old Geneva steel plant and a nice little food stop.
AVOID HD of Calgary on the NE side of town--our WORST customer service experience ever, bar none, in years of riding much of the US and half of Canada.
Most dealers are great for those on the road, getting machines in and spending the time and effort to get folks back on the road...that's the most important to us. I've quit buying T's a couple years ago... but that's me.
