Find yourself another mechanic. You don't have the early main shaft.

 

According to him someone must of used whatever was laying around the shop(shorter main shaft) when working on my tranny.

I never understood that cause it has a 3" pulley on it so....

I'll pull the pulleys when I get it back and measure and take more pics. I wanna go to 1.5" belt so I can do mid controls.
