Default rocker cover bolts o-rings: replace

my bike's only oil leak is in the rear cylinder's 2 side bolts, carburetor side.
To replace the o-rings/seals, so I need to take the head off?
Or can I just take the bolts off, replace o-rings and put back?

thanks

If your talking about the big 1" ones on the sides of the rocker boxes those are caps with an o-ring behind them . No need to pull anything but them .
