Default Shovel Kick Issues

First time here. Working on my '79 FX with Dyna 2000i single fire, about 10:1 comp, timing set at about 32 BTDC, comp releases due to a ****ing wet...I mean "Undocumented Migrant Worker" ran me over leaving me with lots of titanium parts. Anyway, juice starter went out, broke but still need to ride. Can get her sarted with 6-7 kicks but getting 100 degree days here now. See mentioned about setting unit to "dead zero" revs, but no info on how to do that. Any ideas out there?

Are you doing the work yourself? There's a shop by me that was at yankee lake. He gets all kinds of parts in. If you decide to collect parts let me know an I'll check with them.
