Default 67 FLH-New to the group

Hey everyone. Im new to the group. I just picked up a 67 FLH yesterday. Very together scoot, pretty unmolested. I have a bunch of numbers I wrote down but cant find a place to deceipher them so any help would be apprecitated or somewhere that has this info.

Motor is 67FLH7673, Swingarm is 47606-58, front cylinder head is 05-66 and rocker is 1751166, rear head is 07-66, cant see the rocker number.
Frame steering tube is 59985,downtube is F3788.

there is another number just under the tank but I cant get all of the numbers with the tank on.

The bike hasnt run since 1994 and was sitting in this guys garage. he was the second owner. It has an S&S carb and a two into one fishtail exhaust but everything else looks pretty stock down to the wiring.

Any help would be great

67FLH7673 is the vin# and how the bike is registered (prior to 70 models). Underneath and on the outside of the cases are the belly numbers. With no skid plate you should be able to read those as well to determine if they are matching.

The other numbers you refer to are casting code numbers which are consistent to your year of bike.

And like has been mentioned, gotta have pics...nothing like shovel ****!

Sounds like the numbers are right. Ya, check the belly's, are the only other thing that would show canibalizing.

Thanks for the info. Quick update- added fluid to the master cylinder, rear brake works, adjusted the front brake, changed the oil, installed a new battery, cleaned the points and put some mystery oil in the cylinders, kicked through a couple of times, put in new plugs, cleaned the carb and reinstalled, and flushed the tank and after 20 seconds of cranking, the bad boy fired up and settled into a nice idle! After not running for 12 years. Pictures to come and I will pull the pan this weekend to check for matching numbers but Im thinking they will!

Thanks

Heads-both heads have 66. I cant see a month code though.
Primary-Yep,inspection cover, no derby cover.
Speedo is correct.
Dash is correct.
Didnt look at the frame
Ignition switch is correct.
didnt pull the case guard off to check the cases.
Oil tank is correct.

The bike is running sweet. I got it safety inspected on Saturday and registered on Monday. Rode 75 miles on it last weekend. and its just fun to ride.
