Where is a good place to find fxe parts?
My fiancee has a '76 FXE, that was her fathers from the factory that she'd like to get back to stock, or close atleast. I've looked online, on ebay and various catalogs, and cannot find stock or stock repro parts for the bike. Could you give me some suggestions as where to find parts?

parts for fxe
you`ll need to find a repair shop or someone who is able to buy from v-twin but they will have about anything you`ll need . zoomcycles is also a good place they carry parts from v-twin but the prices are a little higher . I have 77 fxe and I get almost all my parts from v-twin

Depends on how much was changed and how original you want it. You can a lot of general parts from Re-pop dealers. If you need original stuff then keep an eye on Ebay, its not out there every day you have to keep watching. It took me about 6 mos to find an original Tachometer, you have to be patient if its something hard to find. I had to collect parts for years to put my FXS back to orig.

What parts do you need ? Big stuff or odds and end shiny stuff ? Believe it or not there,s more OEM FX stuff in old boxes in peoples garages & parts stash than you would ever believe .
There's an old school long time shop here called " Chino's " in Fremont Ca , Jim's got a good 8000 sq ft of old OEM stuff new and used for Knuckles & up . If you have to have it he most likely has at least one of what ever it is . He has a web page , good luck in the hunt
