Default FX Rear brake master cylinder mount

Hey!
I'm currently rebuilding a 77' FX. I'm owner #2. The first owner changed it to have forward controls and I'm in the process of changing it back to mid controls. What I'm looking for is a couple of pics of the stock brake master cylinder bracket and foot pedal setup. I'm not having much luck finding any info on it. I have found the parts for the pegs themselves (brackets and such) as the previous owner threw them away in 1984, so those parts are long gone. If anyone has changed to forward controls and have those parts laying around let me know what you would want for them.

Thanks for your help!

Russ

Default Swap meets

Yeah I'm gonna keep an eye out for the next one. Thinking of modifying the brake with a triumph unit like what's on my America. I'm not to fond of the reservoir being so close to the exhaust.

They had an asbestos insulator pad against the master to keep the heat away, the pedal brkt mounted to the front three bolts on the trans. The Master bolted to the inside of the lower frame, same two holes for the exhaust support bar. I can get pics if you need.

Thanks,
I found a parts breakdown and ordered the parts for it. I'm gonna see how it fits when I get the parts in. I thinking in order to cut down on costs I will use the forward controls that came with it and some small floorboards. I have the shifter now in 2 positions to see which way I like better. I'm thinking of mounting up to the brake with a thin cable and pulley. I have access to that stuff at the shop. An autopilot cable and pulley should work with the stock spring as a return. Gives me time to see which way is more natural for me.

yeah ebay has eben good to me for my Indian. I put the brake system that I got with it loosely today, absolutely hated it! removed it immediately. I guess I'll just wait until the parts come in later this week and see what I have to work with.
