Hello. I have a 1983 FLHT 5 speed shovel. I have rebuilt and painted the bike and need to find a seat for it. Other than the stock seat, have any of you switched your seat out with another style from another year of bike? I know there were a few years that seem like bastard years for that bike and i am wondering if a later model seat from an Evo bike may fit mine? I bought a slick seat off Ebay described to fit my bike, but no go. I don't want to waste more money on a seat that may not fit. Any ideas or links on a seat for my bike would be appreciated.
