Welcome to the hdforum kmiller
could be the transmission drive seal check to see if the trans is low on fluid. clean the bike with degreaser in the area of the leak run the bike and check closely for fresh oil, this would be much easier if you have a bike jack to raise the bike for inspection.
good luck and let us know what you find.

If your breather dumps in that area, that could be the cause. If you have a good nose, it's easy to tell the difference between engine oil and tranny fluid. Not unusual for the main gear seal to leak. If you replace it be sure to replace the spacer too, even a slight groove worn in it will cause a leak even with a new seal.
