do you have a hydraulic chain tensioner? in the inner primary?

 

I would Never...But...lots of "fixes" out there.
Edit; BTW anything with a Spring goes straight to the Trash also!! Lazy mans Fix for something that is Not Broken

no that hydro adjuster takes out a lot of the vibration remember I would ride 10 or 20 miles have to stop to walk the cramp out my right foot no more thanks to the hydro adjuster
