Default Hello from New Zealand !

Hey Guys n Gals,
My first Shovelhead , owned for over a year now and loving it !. Original factory paint, exhaust etc and i want to keep it that way. I'm trying to find out what may be missing from the side of the lids on the bags, if anything. Ive seen 1979 brochures and supposedly stock bikes showing reflectors and/or a chrome trim with a decal , but sometimes without. Does anyone know for sure what should be on there ?.

Forgot to mention its badged and left the factory as a 1200.

90843-79 might be the part number--but the decal insert comes in different colors
good luck

Default Welcome!

Gorgeous Shovel! Thanks for sharing and welcome to the forum!

sorry I’m of no help to your question though. But if the missing piece is the reflector on the saddle bag lid, your bike (in my opinion) looks great without it, but I absolutely understand wanting to keep it as factory as possible, so no judgement here!

again, welcome and thanks for the post!
