I guess my F150 with a 360 in it was a Fake also...Not to mention all the Jeeps floating around with Small Block Ceby's

Maybe to the government, but in the heart of the buyer, it ceases to be a HD. If I contort an Indian motor into the HD frame, is it really a Harley-Davidson? Or is it a restomod?
Why is the company named Harley-Davidson Motor Company Group LLC, as per Bloomberg? It is not named the Harley-Davidson Frame Company.
Same for Ford Motor Company.
If an old Corvette is restored but with a not correct serial number, replacement, engine, the value of the car takes a tremendous hit in value. It is a restomod.
I would guess that a Harley-Davidson frame with an S&S engine is less valuable than a restomod.
This is just my opinion.
