Beautiful work with the console rubber molding. May I ask the source? I thought the FX’s in ‘81 came without the rubber molding.

Got it from JP Cycles for about $7. It was something that people put on these bikes back in the day as far as I know, a dealer ad on. The one that was on it was all cracked. There is also new rubber around the piece that the housing sits on.
