Diggers tend to bring out a love 'em or leave 'em type response from most riders.

With the exhaust pipe aimed right at the rear calliper brake hose I would suggest it be used as a static display.

I do like a Digger, not so keen on the new take on the idea by the kids today but as long as their building bikes I'll take it , hahaahaha
this was my buddys SBF Sporty Digger he bought in 1980 from 'Jake's Motiques' in Chertsey in the UK, lovely bike & handled better than some factory bikes I've ridden, it had all of Donnys bits on it from rear Fender support, rear sprung struts, Girders & the paint Donny did was real slick, with a first generation Lectron carb as well, the bike has changed to a hardtail now but is still on the road 40 years after these pics were taken

We had access to subway tools and a 1 1/2 inch end of a box wrench we would have added it to the jiffy stand and blended then chromed it

it would have looked more or less - but you did not need the block then - just me we were doing this then

i agree the new bunch are all about the latest fad - not really about being able to use it - we never did any we could not and did not ride everyplace
