maybe its me but the front brake pad usage on the rotor they used, does not match what that caliper pad will wear when used as a brake its much smaller -- so are we going for the looks like he uses it look - cycle tech electric start tells me he cant kick it - must be an old guy but the view is not an old guy bike

Probably a twinkie 11.8" rotor but forks and caliper setup for 11.5"?
