I don't call that a Flipped swingarm!!! That sucher is Inside out!!!!
Something Dragbike guys would do for a "Stock Frame class" to increase wheelbase... Or...
I have sincere doubts this is MoCo Work... Never seen nuthin like it I must say!!!! Be fun to trace the history on that one!!!!!

Tee&Vee, you're welcome. The photos I posted above are of a 75FXE with normal factory mounts for the swingarm pivot bolt whereas your mounts face the other way.
Also notice in my pictures the frame has a one-hole block attached to the back of each forging to accommodate a passenger footpeg. But it’s hard to say if your frame originally had the one-hole blocks. Not all my examples of 75s have them and I think they may be something that was introduced during that model year. The one-hole blocks then continued into 1976.
Regarding two-hole blocks for passenger footpeg brackets, the earliest I’ve seen them are on 1977 models.
Numbers on your lower rear forgings are a bit blurry but I’d expect them to be 47654-73 (left) and 47652-73 (R-H). These were both introduced for mid-73 models.
Numbers on your upper rear forgings may be 47645-65-Y. Forging number 47645-65 first appeared for 1965 models. Around 1973 the number became 47645-65Y but there is another version of this and it has an extra hyphen: 47645-65-Y. This second version is what your frame may have. I do not know what the letter Y represents.
