Nothing wrong with those calipers... I have always been able to lock the front wheel of My FXRS... same Calipers. Match the Pads to the Rotors [if one or both have been replaced]
for Best Performance... Rattles???? A piece of hose between the caliper and the Lower Leg... no more Rattle!!!!

we use two face tape and even double it on some as it stops it and does not fall off

I will have to try that too get rid of the rattle, I can't get mine to bite hard enough to lock the front any suggestions are welcome.
