It will be rounded, the cardboard has a mind of its own.

always a but an o ring chain being bigger and a low bike - the primary gets chewed as well as the starter housing
disc brake lets you drop the rear sprocket size and the angle becomes better then more road speed for hi way riding
belt drive primary allows bigger front even 25 tooth with the drum < bobbers today 3 quart gas tank verses making it to the next gas station
Wont do highway riding with this one, we have some great country roads and I live in the sticks. Distance on a tank is a concern for sure, about as much as how long I can tolerate riding it in a folded position.

Forward controls were all I had in mind and further forward and lower than stock. Glad Im not short but being tall is a pain sometimes.

My ratchet top 4 speed has a 24 tooth sprocket and the rotary top is a 23. The rear is a 51 currently.

Im liking the FL nacelle again.

I like the contrasting dull satin look throughout the bike against the silver paint. But I like the big honkin chrome primary too.

Didn't consider that, surprised you even suggested it to be honest. I figure I would need to shorten the cowbells (if I use them) to clear the fender mount bosses on compression - no Im not running a front fender but the bosses will remain.
