Default Mystery plug on battery???

I hooked up my tender lead the other day. I immediately noticed another lead coming off the battery. It had a a similair plug in as the tender, but was much larger?? What in that for??? ITs on my 2013 SERK>

More than likely it is for a different kind of battery tender.....

I already buttoned it all back together. Best way to describe is its exactly like the Harley tender lead, but about twice in size. It appeared to short to use as a tender as it didnt extend far enough to be used without removing the seat.

Did you buy the bike new/used?
If used, it may be a power connection for some device that the previous owner forgot to remove.

If new then it's probably for some type of battery maintainer. Although I don't know why the dealer would leave two on it.

Without a picture it's difficult for us to help you.
