Default Road Glide Custom CVO Tourpack

OK,
I couldn't pass up the deal on a used 2012 Candy Cobalt / Twilight Blue CVO Road Glide. Only 600 miles on the bike and already has D&D Pipes, Tuner and 259SE Cams. Sounds like a Beast, in a good way. So my dilemma begins that I wanted the CVO, I wanted the Road Glide, but I also want the Tour Pack loaded with lights and speakers.
The question is where to start with that and should I go with Vivid Black on the Tour Pack or break down and order a color match from the dealer?
Anyone with any thoughts or pictures or ideas please respond.
Any part numbers would be a great help.

Candy is more difficult for some to paint and refuse to paint...my experience is to order Factory, finish is usually dead on...good luck..congrads on the bike.

Normal Vivid black TP will be around $800 a color matched TP through the dealer (only way to get it) $1400ish. Take your pick, $600 extra for custom paint......

Thumbs up

Seriously I love that paint, wish my SG was that color. Both of us could get away with the vivid black and save some cash. I will color match when the time comes. I think a color match for yours will be bad a$$.

Congrats on your new scoot!

I would go "factory colored match". Makes all the difference.

Warning, you may want to try and deal w/ some of those 20% discount dealers or see if your "local" dealer has a big discount day.

Those King tourpaks w/ all the bells and whistles (led light, side leds, speakers, back rest, luggage rack, liners 4pt locking harness, wiring harness, etc, etc, will cost you more than a used Honda civic!!!

Look at spending around $3k for everything. But it's only money, and you can't take it with you. and it really looks sharp!

Good Luck and Ride Safe!

Default king tour pak

I went with the factory match king tour pak for my Maple CVORG, It cost my about $1400 with the quick detach kit and Mahogany tour pak backrest.
That was after the discount. I then bought the solo quick detach so I can you the tour pak for a backrest. Worked out great!
