RE: 2007 Sreamin Eagle Ultra Upgrades
Just joined web. For my 2007 SE Ultra 110cu, after much research and talk, I have ordered the zipper efi, air cleaner, and D&D 2 into one exhaust w/ghost pipe. Mark @ D&D has mapped the efi, and the Zipper learns as it goes, so I am like a kid in a candy store waiting for arrival. Shipped today, 2-days after ordering. Have had the bike a week, so Plan to put new stuff on by next weekend after 1000 mi oil change.

07 SE Ultra. Decided to go with the Thunder Max Autotune. The first 3500 miles on the bike, it ran very (extremely hot) and in western Colorado at 10,000 feet and 100 dgrees the rear cylinder pinged excessively. Installed the thunder Max (in lieu of a SERT or Power Commander) with the new WB-O2 sensors. Bike runs much cooler, significant improvement for power and throttle respones and gas mileage is about 38 mpg. Relatively easy install. I had to many issues with the SERT and the tech doing the Dyno

cvo younster,
please dont put spacers on your floor boards.....install your rhineharts the correct way by having your HD mechanic drill a new hole on the master cylinder plunger pin....the new hole for the brake pedal will move your brake pedal forward from its original position.....I had the sert, rhineharts, high-flow and dyno'd at 500 miles after the break in period....my cvo has 99 hsp, 118 ft/lb torque at(3,150 ft elev.)and screams every mile I ride with no problems at all.....I just got back from a 3 day 1,500 mile ride from the Colorado mountains, the odometer just rolled over 4,700 miles. No issues at all with the tru-duals!!!!!

I know a lot of people with RH's on their bikes, and have never heard of problems with them falling off. Mine have been on for 10K miles without a single issue. They did have a problem with the brake pedal on the 07's, but not all of them hit. The best solution is just Dremel a little bit of material from the Billet brake pedal, then put some clearcoat on it. Were the thin gaskets furnished with the RH's used, or did the installer put the thick donuts on?
The pipe hitting the primary is a first...never heard of that before. It's close, but should not hit. Have you adjusted the header pipe at the bracket that supports it on the starter?

I am leaning towards The Zippers TM Autotune ECM replacement. Whenever the new one is available.

Your SE Ultra looks absolutely stunning. I saw one in a HD showroom in Jan this year and I'm still kicking myself that I didn't buy. It has got to be the best looking Harley I have ever clapped eyes on (IMHO)... [sm=insomnia.gif]

06 Ultra SE here. Race Tuner, Thunderheader, Hi flow K & N filter. 94 HP 97 TQ on a very hot and humid day. Lowered front and rear. Its getting repainted solid black, no emblems or pinstripes, blacking out a few items as well. Been thinking about gear driven cam upgrades.
