I am leaning towards The Zippers TM Autotune ECM replacement. Whenever the new one is available.

Did the Rineharts TD on mine and they are great. It took 6 weeks for delivery because of backorder, well worth the wait. They told me that there is a fitment problem on some bikes. I'm not sure why but maybe because of tolerance issues with the way the motor mounts on the frame etc...
I had a good experience installing mine. The only issue I had was that the spacers they supplied to move the right footboard out needed to be about 1/4 inch longer and I also needed new bolts for the extra length extensions. See the photo for the spacing on the brake pedal. It is close but works just fine. I understand some people are getting away with a little bend on the shield if they experience the interference.

Good Luck!

If you leave the brake pedal like that you will have problems. Remember, the exhaust moves with the motor and the heat shield will strike it and make noise while causing damage. I replaced my lever with Kuryakan billet extended model that looks great and gives plenty of space. Why did you have to purchase different spacers ? Mine worked fine.

finally got 1000 miles. I took it in for 1000 mile service ( the first one was half price I'll do the others) Put on V&H tru duals and ovals. Ness big sucker A/C and a sert. Stock was 71.12 hp 87.32 torque, with upgrades 76.67hp 96.97 torque. Im a little dissapointed with the new numbers. It looks like the air fuel mix. is at 13.5 all thru the rpm's . tuner said pipes may be a little restrictive. Ive read on the form you lose a bit of hp and tq with the tru duals. The sound is much better now, as far as heat goes its been a cold spring in chicago so I dont know if it was running hot.

Those numbers are low...your TQ should be at least 105 with your setup, closer to 110. HP will be low, upper 80's to low 90's on the 110. They are TQ motors, and not HP. I don't think your tuner finished...

Copout

The clearance on the brake pedal is around 1/8 inch and so far there is no problem with interference. I made my own spacers (toolmaker) for the footboard only because I wanted a little more space between the shield and the footboard. I't didn't cost me anything for the spacers and I had a couple longer screws left over from a earlier job I had. I'll keep an eye on the spacing of the brake pedal and if it becomes an issue I'll remember the replacemant you suggested. Thanks for your input on this.

99 hp, 115 tq on my 110. your numbers seem VERY low.

A/F on mine is 14.
