Default 06 SE V-rod?

Does anyone here own an 06 SE V-rod? I love the looks of that bike, but not sure about the small gas tank. One guy told me he has to fill up evey 80 miles or so.

Well, considering a V-rod has a 3.7 gallon tank and probably gets around 38 mpg, that would get you about 140 miles. I think most Vrod guys say they have to fill up every 100 miles or so.

I'm not sure the mpg on a SE V-rod but it's probably not too far off from that.

Personally, I love the SE V-Rod (especially the orange one). If I could afford a second bike you bet I'd have one. That back tire rocks too.

When you reply to a post, at the bottom it says something like "Click here to upload! Embed picture in post " . Check the square just before the "Embed picture in post" and then click on "Click here to upload!". That will help you to upload the pics from you computer.

The HD shop closest to me has two SE V-rods left. One is orange and the other is red. Sure are nice looking bikes! How long have you had yours and what do you think of it so far?

I never really even noticed the V-rods until they came out with the 06 SE. DAMN! Those are beautiful bikes!!! Then in August I went to the All Harley Drags in Woodburn, Oregon and watched those V-rods run. I thought to my self, I HAVE to figure out how to get me one of those!!! They still have 2 of the 06 SE's at our local dealer. One is orange and one is red. But right now they want more for them than I can afford. I really hope they still have one left in Jan or Feb and that I can save up enough to put down a pretty good down payment.
Thanks for the pic!
