Default Picking up a 09 CVO tomorrow

I bought a very lightly used 09 FatBob CVO today and will go and get it tomorrow. I only rode it about a block and back. It's still unter warranty and I just wasn't concerned about issues. However, I noticed the hydrolic cluch engages very soon and wondering if there is a way to adjust the engagement point out a little. Also, there is evidence of some oil sepage on the right side near the push rod tubes. I don't really no if this is a current leak or what that's about, but my 06 Road King has zero leakage. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Tom

Congrats on the bike, as far as the hydraulic clutch goes, theres no adjustment that can be made, the only thing you can do is bleed the master cylinder. The oil leak I would point it out to the seller (dealership) and ask about it, if it is still under warranty then they should repair it

Congrats on the bike! As far as the clutch...mine is the same way and so is a friends CVO Deuce. From what i hear that is normal operation for the hydraulic clutch. And there is no adjusting to it.
