Thinking of buying the tourpack that matches the seat and bags for mine. Or going a completely different direction and doing hard bags and trying to find a painter to match the SERK paint. The last one sounds really expensive. Any one have pics of either situation??

 

i had some hardbags painted to match fo my FLHRSE3. need to get some good pics. i have a pic posted in the cvopitcure thread. BTW, icould recomend a good painter in WA.

had a tourpak to paint but just bought a 08 FLTR for a ultra-glide and use my serk fora bar hopper.

i'd like to see some stock bags with pleather off and painted. BWTFDIK.

I have a RKC, but I'm pretty sure that you can get this styletourpak for your SE. I've installed it with the quick disconnect hardware and added a modded quick release lock to the rig. I've also installed the nice chrome luggage rack off of the SE ultraglide. You can see the bike within my sig pic or in my photo section.

got some used fiberglass bags decent shape for 450, paint and shipping 800. if i had it to do over i would get the new abs bags and maybe even get the base coat done from hd. the stock cvo bags don't hold very much, do they. and mine won't operate correctly at times, the latch sticks.

I went with hard bags and a fairing. I added the larger sissy bar/pad which allowed me to put on a luggage rack. I use the Kuryakyn bag that sits on the luggage rack.
