CVO 110 upgrade?
New to forum. Please Forgive redundant questions. Just got my 2013 CVO 110. 3500 low miles . Already wanting more power. It pulls ok. But thinking about 117 upgrade. Got a quote of $3400 total from Dealer near me. Had a 03 road king bought new upgraded it from 88 to 95 . Huge difference. I think it had more power than my CVO. Any thoughts or experience would be great.

You’ll get a ton of opinions from guys who have gone the aftermarket route. As far as bang for the buck, this is the best route imo. My kit is on order and will be installed 2nd week in January. Like most Harley big bore kits, it was on back order for a while. I paid $3160 all in with my discount.

We usually bore those to 113" , and with the use of T-Man 660-PS-2 cams,(or a Wood 408-6) 58mm t/body and our Stage I CVO 110" Heads, at 10.6 cr, with a D&D Fatcat BBB, we recently sent that combo home to Cape Cod, Mass.

Welcome to the Forums and congrats on your practically new bike. Gorgeous colour combo. Many great sponsors, vendors here who do awesome work and give good advice. I regrettably sold my 2012 CVO Street Glide just over a year ago, and now want to get back in the game. The 110” motor can be made to run cool, strong and reliable when set up right. Look into Fullsac exhaust, great heat reduction and you get to reuse your stock heat shields on your head pipe, as well as the Fullsac baffle inserts. Steve is a great guy, and always give excellent after sale customer service. Good luck with the improvements....
