Both have good customer service. I have a few products from each. My recommendation would be CD though as lights is what they do, and it’s the only thing they do. Their product is top notch.

 

I have had many Custom Dynamic products on multiple bikes and loved them all. Customer service is top notch as well. My only disappointment.... Made in CHINA I haven't purchased any Ciro electronic products, so I couldn't tell you much about them...

 

I went with the Ciro fillers because I like the way that they come all the way down to hide the saddle bag support bolts. Also like the Bag Blades because they are so small and with the sequential action, they just look cool.

I'm sure CD has some great items as well, but my limited experience with Ciro is that they make a great, high quality product with great instructions. Never had to deal with their customer service since everything was so easy, so I can't speak to that part of their business...

 

I have Ciro lights on my CVO. Easy to install and great customer service. Also have a few friends that have Custom Dynamics and they work/look great too. Either way you can't lose.

 

I used Ciro Bag Blades, and Custom Dynamic CVO Panel lights and Latch lights.

 

I like the clean license plate frame. Where did you get that?

Here is my experience, I purchased the Ciro Bag blades and the Rear Filler Panels for my 2014 Special and after a little over 3 years the control module failed. None of the lights would light up. Had to pay another $50 for the part under the seat that plugs into the main harness of the bike to get all the lights working again, I just purchased a CVO in October of 22 and this time I decided to go with custom dynamics due to the warranty. I was so pissed that they couldn't warranty out my part after spending plenty of money that I decided never again. Custom Dynamics is supposed to have a lifetime warranty, so we will see! Just my 2 cents.
