Roadking vs. CVO Roadking
Are there physical differences between these two or just cosmetic stuff? I just picked up a Corbin solo seat for a 07 CVO Roadking. I know I would need a filler piece for the tank. Debating whether I want to keep it or not. Are the CVO dash consoles a different shape?

I put a 14 CVO RK dash on my 14 RK and had to modify it a bit. In the center of the console is a lighted disc replaces the ignition switch. I had to remove it, and install my ignition switch and change the connector on the end of the ignition switch. CVO doesn't have an "ignition switch". it just senses the fob is near and you can flip your run/stop switch and start it. btw, the CVO dash is way cooler.

Yes - significant differences between '14 RK and SERK. CVO has 110ci motor, SE exhaust, upgraded suspension (front and rear), linked ABS, upgraded wheels, lowered by 1" front and rear, Daymaker headlight, CVO seat, CVO rear fender, CVO paint, CVO accessory package (footboards, pegs, grips, etc). There's probably more and I didn't check my book, but I think most of this is right.

Only touring CVO since before 2009 with a lowered front is the 18 and 19 CVO Road Glide with the 21 front wheel.
