Default 2016 streetglide cvo riders backrest

Went to the dealer the other day shopping for a riders backrest and three pocket fairing pouch. Was told none of the backrests would fit with the cvo seat and the pouches would only fit if the windshield was replaced and it would block the vent. What have you guys done for a riders backrest. I never thought about the vent so I guess the pouch is out.

Thanks

I have a 16 CVO street glide and have the 3 pocket pouch installed. They are correct it blocks the vent, but I like the functionality of the pouch over the vent.

Here's a link to sissy bar (back rest frames that fit the 16 CVO.

Thanks for the response. I was told that the windshield would have to be replaced with a different one for the 3 pocket pouch to fit. I have a passenger backerst but was looking for a driver backrest. Thanks

Why does Harley put a seat that won't accommodate a riders backrest on a touring bike? I guess they are trying to sell seats. Only seems right that you pay $40K for a bike and then need to buy a new seat (not).

Anyway, here's one that will fit your bike but it is butt ugly IMO.
