there are a lot of parts on the cvo that are not vin restricted. most of the ones that are will usually have a logo or custom vehicle operations on them. otherwise, if there is a part that you like, look it up, order it. for the heat shields, if the mufflers are the same diameter, then they should fit.... but you'd best be sitting down when you look up the cost on oem exhaust parts, they are damned pricey!

could always do your own. get a cheap set of takeoffs and paint them using high temp bbq black.
i had a 2010 rgc that i had done exactly that on. ran that exhaust for over a year before i changed it out to something else. at the end of the year, it still looked like it did right after i painted it. but even if it didn't, it wouldn't have been a big deal to touch it up either.
