adjust the clutch,some of these 07s seem like they require frequent adjustments.Adjust it when bike is hot since freeplay in some increases once hot or up to temp.If youre running syn3,dump it and use the shockproof fluid.Wha happened to your first 07?Dealer buyback?

Sounds like a clutch adjust situation to me. By the way, what model bike are we talking about?
Mine is a 2007 CVO Screamin' Eagle Road King

Dealer was installing the Premium Oil Cooler and it fell off the lift. Had 91 miles on the clock.
