does anyone have any resources on where to get the seat fabric/leather(?) for a 2017 CVO Street Glide? Specifically the middle insert (sorry, should have added a picture, will do so soon...)
I would like to redo the backrest for the Tour-Pak, and make it match the seat. I have visited many stores her in OKC, but none has the original pattern, or one close to it.
Have you gone to an automotive trim and upolstry shop. I had a local one that he does lots of bike seats. I installed a CVO seat on my 14 RK and bought the matching King backrest but they don't sell the passenger backrest or drivers backrest. I took the king backrest to the shop and he found material that was very close and even put in the yellow stitching. Looks very good. Although not a 100% perfect match, unless you are studying them side by side, there isn't much difference. There was leather in the center, and vinyl in the other two sections.
Not unless I have to. But even if I wanted to, there are no backrests available (yet) that use the MY17 CVO style/fabric. There is one that matches the MY16 CVO, but I traded up to a '17...
I did not know the 17's are different from previous yrs. I planned on getting new riders backrest and a chopped TP backrest to match new bike this winter. Will have to look into this closer it appears. Thanks for the heads up.

May be easier to swap your '17 for a '16 seat?
Thought about that too. But the tank console on the CVO is also matching the middle seat fabric...
