Default considering CVO need advice

Hey ... I am thinking about upgrading to a CVO. I currently have a 2012 ultra classic and a very customized Honda vtx. If I roll both of them I hope to get a used low mileage cvo without sinking in debt.
My question is .. are there any issues I should know about with any of the following years ?
2013 2014 2015 2016.
realistically 15 and 16 are probably out of my range.. but you never know.

Thanks For any and all advice.

Get the ESP warranty if you plan on keeping!

Crappy lifters in all the model years that you listed, get rid of the stock exhaust with the cat, I recommend TTS Mastertune Turner, Fullsac "D" X-Pipe, Fullsac CVO Baffles, Fullsac Sleeves, spend some time on the CVOHarley forum to learn a lot on your CVO of choice.

And without a doubt, the SE 117" Bolt on kit is well worth it!!!

Did I say crappy lifters?

Well, I own a 2013 and just turned 30,000 troublefree miles. I ride it hard and its completely mechanically stock except for slip ons.

I appreciate the replies ... my fear is that I buy one and then find out the year I bought had an issue .. so far sounds like I am good to go and any of them.
as for lifters, tuner and exhaust .. that sounds like standard harley ..

Thanks all

You fear to much...pick out the one that you like...do the research...every model has it'a quirks...get 09 and newer, because of the frame...buy within your budget and get the ESP. Ride it like you stole it...sometimes...Enjoy.

46,000 kms on my '15 Road Glide. I had to replace the tires couple of times, the rear brake pads once and it keeps needing gas. Aside from that it's been flawless.

My local dealer has a grey and blue SERGU, he offered it to me for that price back in early September. Stopped by there today and they still have it. Nice bikes but I like the colors better on the 15's.

That's what I'm gonna do. I will say if you get a great deal on a 16 go for it.
