Cool New cvo owner, exhaust question

So a week ago I purchased a brand new 2016 cvo street glide.( I know it doesn't count without pictures but I don't know how to post pictures) I am looking at 2 different options for the exhaust. First one I am thinking is a fuel moto 2-1-2 header with the dyno tuned mufflers but not sure what tuner to get.

The other one I have been looking at is the full sac cvo 2" baffles. Has anyone replaced the baffles with the full sac ones and are you happy with the sound?

Thanks
Kevin

I have on my CVO Limited. I like the sound, not too loud, I can hear the radio well, but real nice deep throarty sound when I crack open the throttle.

Did you keep the stock head pipe?

Yep, running a Fuelmoto 2-1-2 head pipe because I had it leftover from a prior bike and running Fullsac 2 inch cores with their screens to hold packing away from baffle. Like the sound. The Fuelmoto muffler would probably be fine but Fullsac is significantly lower cost with similar results. The nice thing about the Fullsac is I can change baffle cores from 1.75, 2.0 or 2.25 inch is just a few minutes if you have the cores.

Ordered the 2" cores this afternoon. Holding off on a new head pipe and tuner till closer to spring time. Need to save up a few pennies again, just needed to do something to change the sound a little for our ride to tomahawk for their mda ride.

Thanks
Kevin

You could always cut the cat out of the stock headpipe and weld it back.It would make a difference in heat and performance.

The more I ride it I notice the heat. Undecided if I want to gut the cat or not?

A catless header and turner will complete your exhaust mod and will be much, much more cooler.

Well at least cooler then your bike is now.

BONUS: Engine won't be running so lean and power will much more noticeable.
